Explore and learn how to create healthy Boundaries that serve you better, leading to more balanced life, with better connections and relationships



To have a good and balanced life, we need to have good boundaries: mental, physical, and emotional. At work we do a fairly good job with our mental and physical ones, but our emotional boundaries frequently get blurred or overlooked. Emotional boundaries help us to be able to stand up for what is important for us, while simultaneously understanding and respecting another person’s reasoning. This ability takes us out of living in the scarcity world of “either/or” (i.e. either my way=I win, or your way =I lose), to creating a true blue-ocean-strategy world where we can come up with a completely new set of solutions (win/win).



We’ll explore your individual concept of boundaries and if needed, help you modify them to serve you better. We’ll also explore how boundaries directly impact two other areas of our lives: relationships and confrontations.


Relationships: how we form them and what we can do if they feel out of balance;  how to have more nourishing and fulfilling relationships with our clients and business partners, with our co-workers, and our friends and family. Confrontation: how we deal with it and how we can transform a place of conflict to dialog and productive collaboration.

 

We’ll use a friendly and integrative approach to teach you new concepts, and help you understand and see things from a bit different perspective. Using simple exercises and examples, we’ll help you choose what’s the right amount of learning to implement in your business setting and/or personal life. By sharing tips and tricks, we’ll help you master new skills to make those changes sustainable.

 

After mastering Emotions, this is the next step in claiming your personal power with the right balance of expression and boundaries; protecting yours while respecting others.
